“We have reviewed our Terms of Use and would like to inform you that some of their provisions will not apply to you and you will not be obligated to comply with them. Your rights remain unaffected. Therefore, you are entitled to act on any provision that grants you any right ” – informs HBO Europe in an e-mail sent to users of the service that provides movies and series on demand.
HBO Max changes the regulations. The platform will not block account sharing
The link in the message takes users of the platform to a PDF, in which you can read that HBO Max “undertakes not to perform certain provisions or parts thereof towards or against Users”.
Among the expired entries in the regulations is the one about sharing accounts. And it reads as follows: “We may limit the maximum number of Authorized Users that the User can add or who will be able to use the Platform at the same time. Authorized Users can only be members of the immediate family or household” – we read. In short, this means that the HBO Max platform will still allow people who do not live at the same address to use one account.
How much does access to HBO Max cost? How many people can use one account?
You can create up to five profiles within one account on HBO Max. The service allows simultaneous viewing on three devices. The service costs PLN 29.99 per month, and in the case of annual billing – PLN 359.88 (in the regular price, because in the promotion – PLN 234.99).
