The story of Kairan Quazi
When he was only 2 years old, the parents of the California boy realized that their son was not like other children. being a baby, already spoke in complete, coherent sentences, listened to the radio, and talked to classmates and teachers about the news.
In his third grade an intelligence test classified Quazi as gifted, explaining what his family and teachers already suspected. On the advice of doctors, his parents made the decision to comply with the child’s accelerated eagerness to learn and he was enrolled in a university when he was nine years old.

Oddly enough, during the two years he studied at the Las Positas study center, the boy also worked as a tutor for his classmates at the university.
At the age of eleven, Quazi transferred to Santa Clara Universitywhere he obtained an undergraduate internship related to generative artificial intelligence in the technology company’s research lab Intel.
In an interview with the young man for the Los Angeles Times, he described his university internship as more fulfilling: “I felt I was learning at the level I needed to learn”.

“I really enjoyed it, I made a lot of good friends. I think after a few days the novelty of being there wore off,” Quazi told the paper, describing his teaching experience as relatively normal.
“I think There’s a conventional mindset that I’m missing out on childhood, but I don’t think that’s true. I think again that mindset would make me graduate from high school now and then I don’t think it makes sense for someone who is able to do rigorous graduate work at a prestigious co-op.: I will be working at SpaceX as a software engineer. I don’t think it makes sense for me to get caught or for someone whose capabilities are beyond that to get caught.‘ he told the Times.
In a few days, on June 17, the teen will formally graduate from college. Although he does not yet hold the title, Quazi has already been offered a job.
The young man told the Times he was interested in the position at Starlink because it would allow him to be part of something bigger than himself. After graduation, Quazi and his mother move from their apartment in Santa Clara to a residence in Redmond, Washington.
