The WhatsApp instant messaging platform does not allow you to use the instantly deleted messages. When you delete a post about it appsit will be deleted from both your device and the recipient’s device.

However, there are some options that you can try to recover deleted messages, but keep in mind that there is no guarantee that they will work in all cases.

Backup

If you have enabled the backup option in WhatsApp and you have made a recent backup, you can try to recover deleted messages by reinstalling WhatsApp on your device and restoring the backup.

When resetting WhatsApp, you will be given the option to restore messages from the backup. Note that this will restore all messages and data to the backup date, so any messages after the backup date will not be restored.

WhatsApp also creates local backups on your device. These copies are stored in the WhatsApp folder on your phone.

If you have a recent local copy, you can try to restore it by uninstalling WhatsApp and then copying the backup to the correct location on your device. When reinstalling WhatsApp, you may be offered to restore messages from the local copy.

data recovery software

There are third-party programs that can help you recover deleted WhatsApp data in some cases. These programs scan your device’s storage for deleted data and, if successful, can recover deleted messages. However, these programs are not always effective and may require root or jailbreak privileges on your device, which may void your warranty and expose you to security risks.
