From Thursday, May 18, 2023, you can add “Death Stranding” to your library for free again. As always, you have one week to do it, which is until May 25 at 16.59. This time, however, no mistake was made and only the basic version of the game is available for free.
The title was produced by the legendary creator Hideo Kojima best known for the “Metal Gear Solid” series. “Death Stranding” is a story about a post-apocalyptic world where couriers are the key to survival. They are the only ones able to move between cities and it is the courier – Sam Bridges – who is the main character of the game. Although the story may seem clichéd, it’s only an appearance, because Kojima did not disappoint and approached the subject in a very original way, creating an original world. It was appreciated by the reviews and players, and the game has a Metacritic score of 86 out of 100.
