The semi-rural facade of a restaurant, located in the city of Ituzaingó, in Argentina, hid what it really was: an orgy center.

The place, which over time distorted and violated its north as a food business, was the subject of proceedings after hearing complaints from neighbors and irregularities noted.

When officials from the General Inspectorate of the Municipality of Ituzaingó arrived, they found 90 people, of both sexes, in the place.

In that place, “sexual threesomes, couple swaps and group sex were performed,” reported La Voz.

Upon entering the premises, located at 9600 Presidente Perón Street, west of Buenos Aires, they found about 90 people engaged in sexual relations, according to Río Negro.

From restaurant to place for orgies

Juan Manuel Álvarez Luna, who works as the secretary of government and security of Ituzaingó, quoted in TN, described what happened and what they found in the “Swap” resto bar.

We went twice and it was closed. In the middle there were complaints from neighbors, we got on the social networks, we looked at what it was about and decided to set up an operation.

Juan Álvarez Luna, Minister of Government and Security of Ituzaingó

He said on Monday, May 8, 2023, that the inspectors found “beds, armchairs, a pipe (tube) for erotic dancing, rooms separated by curtains and Durlock, and entry signs with the legends “threesome” and “couples.”

There were condoms and other items for sexual use. It was clear that it had very little restaurant … It was “a meeting place for the exchange of couples and solos”.

The political decision is that it doesn’t work.

He reminded that such establishments are not allowed in the municipality. “With the new code that we have proposed, we want there to be bars, restaurants, recreational places in that area, but in no way that kind of activity,” Álvarez Luna stressed.

They close the premises, expect fines

The aforementioned Argentine medium explains that by not locating minors at the time of the proceedings carried out in “Swap”, nor people “against their will under any form of submission”, the case ended up in the hands of the judge of Faltas de la commune.

Sergio Frías, who is in charge of the file as a judge of offenses, confirmed “that the commercial activity carried out in the place did not coincide with the authorization he had to keep his doors open.”

Facilities were prepared for those present to have sexual relations and this was checked during the inspection.

“Swap” was fully reviewed and closure was determined accordingly. “The closure was for violating the commercial item for which it was authorized and for other security deficiencies,” which is demanded by the fire service.

One element that attracted attention was that “the escape doors (emergency exits) were chained so that they were rendered useless.”

The defendant in this controversial case appears in court and stated that “he does not promote intimate activities in the locality and that he has agreements with nearby hotels.” If found guilty of the offences, he will be fined, the media reported.
