The largest banks in Poland warn customers against impending difficulties. There will be problems, among others with payments, transfers and the BLIK system. “If you plan transfers, make them in advance. Just in case, have cash with you” – writes Credit Agricole.
Technical breaks are announced by: Bank Millennium, Credit Agricole, and Santander Bank Polska. Customers of these will have to prepare for delays this weekend and next week.

Bank Millennium – unavailable services on May 14
- In the night from Saturday to Sunday, from 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., customers of this bank will not log in to the mobile application or Millenet. They will also not be able to pay for online. “Traditional card payments (e.g. at a gas station) will be available at this time” – we read in Bank Millennium’s announcement.
Credit Agricole – a break in access to services on May 13-14
- In the night from Saturday to Sunday, from 23:00 to 10:00, the following will be unavailable: mobile application, CA24 service (eBank), online payments Online Transfer and BLIK,
- “During this time, you will not receive SMS notifications about the card transaction. You can only stop the card on our helpline. We will record the cash paid in the cash deposit machine after the end of the break” – the bank states,
- “If you plan transfers, make them in advance. Payment cards in shops and service points and when withdrawing from ATMs will work normally. However, just in case, have cash with you” – representatives of Credit Agricole advise.
ING Bank Śląski – service breaks May 14-15
- at service work is planned from 0:00 to 3:00. Therefore, there may be problems with the execution of transactions in ING/Planet Cash network devices. Transactions in depositories can be carried out offline, the bank states.
Santander Bank Polska – break on May 13
- at 0:00-2:00 will be unavailable: online banking, mobile application, instant transfers, payments in online stores (Przelew24) and will not use the BLIK system.
