Disturbing case: 11 teens are suing a YouTuber girl’s mother for urging them to have sex and record child pornography

The scandal erupts in the face of a 15-year-old girl, considered a star on YouTube, after learning serious allegations against her own mother: the woman is accused of recording and distributing child pornography.

To date, 11 minors have alleged that Piper Rockelle’s mother “emotionally and physically abused” them.

The young woman, originally from Georgia, and her mother lived in California, United States until 2021.

The allegations against the YouTuber’s mother

The suspect is Tiffany Smith, age 41. And the allegations range from touching minors’ buttocks to allegedly sending “his daughter’s underwear to a male fan so he could smell it,” the Daily Mail reports.

The complaints have been known since January 2022 and it was recently learned that the trial has been postponed to November this year.

Behind them are 11 followers of Piper, her daughter, who are known as the youtuber’s “squad”.

The plaintiffs include Rock Smith, Symonne Harrison, Hayden Haas, Sawyer Sharbino, Ayden Melus and Connor Cain.

Those guys claim that Smith “encouraged them to oral sex, kissing them and encouraging them to be ‘sexy'”. It happened, they point out, while producing content for the teen’s YouTube channel.

The Daily Mail points out that a video posted to Piper Rockelle’s YouTube page two years ago shows eight teens in a game of “last to stop kissing” in which the winners were offered $10,000.

“That video currently has 10 million views,” they point out.

The British press points out that the woman would have bragged about making child pornography.

The same Piper “squad” says Tifanny Smith “inflicted distress on minors, urging them to try oral sex and wear revealing clothing to accentuate “bumps” in videos posted online.

According to the defendants, Smith “deliberately exploited children on his daughter’s YouTube page and made increasingly disturbing comments to them.”

They claim he “often made awkward comments about them and their private body parts.”

Each accusation is more delicate than the other: they accuse her of saying that the “old people like to smoke her daughter’s dirty underwear.”

The woman would have proclaimed herself the “YouTube ladyand allegedly took on an alter ego like “Frank the Pug” or “Lenny the Dead Cat” and yelled explicit phrases at children.

The call to judgment

Piper Rockelle has over 10 million subscribers on YouTube.

In the nearly 150-page complaint, the group of teens and children describes the alleged abuse they suffered at the hands of Smith. Those who complain are asking for $2 million each.

The controversial and scandalous lawsuit against Smith does not ignore her boyfriend, Hunter Hill.

The trial was due to begin on Monday, April 17, 2023, but has been postponed to November 6, the Daili Mail reported.

Tiffany Smith, supported by her daughter and denying all allegations, El Mundo reported, denounced a media plot motivated by “financial jealousy.”
