All.pl is a Polish website that plans to compete with well-known platforms such as Allegro.pl, Amazon.pl and Empik.com in June. The site has been operating for a long time, but so far only some people could register and sell on it. That’s not changing.

Everything.pl will be launched in June. The portal, which is to compete with Allegro.pl, is currently in the testing phase. Behind the new online platform, which is to enable Poles to conveniently shop online, there is a giant. Comarch is one of the largest Polish companies and a tycoon in the IT industry.

In its announcement announcing the launch of the website, the company assures that “sellers will benefit, among others, from 0% commission on sales or no fees for listing offers”. The company also explains the reasons for launching the new portal. “According to the annual Gemius Polska ‘E-commerce in Poland’ report, nearly 80% of Internet users from Poland shopped online in 2021. The considerable business potential creates an opportunity for entrepreneurs to effectively diversify their sales sources and reach an almost unlimited number of customers with their offer customers,” reads the company’s official statement.

The platform will be marketplace. This means that it will mediate between sellers and customers. This is the case with platforms such as Amazon.pl or Empik.com, which enable sales to other entities on their websites. A marketplace is a type of trading platform where many sellers offer their products. Marketplace platforms offer a wide selection of products in one place, allowing customers to access more products without having to visit different online stores. Marketplace also offers customers the ability to compare prices and products in one place, saving them time and money.

Comarch emphasizes that thewszystko.pl platform is not a new project. The marketplace has been around for a long time. Until now, only users of Comarch ERP systems could register and sell on it. The change consists in making the website available to everyone who plans to develop their online sales.

Comarch is one of the largest IT companies in Poland. He has many years of experience in developing software for online sales, e.g. in the area of ​​developing Comarch e-Shop, Comarch e-Sale service or creating and selling Comarch ERP software.

Does Allegro have to be afraid of a new competitor? Recent results show that the popular service in Poland has reasons to be satisfied. On Thursday, the company published its financial results for 2022. There are almost only positives in them. The most important item is adjusted EBITDA (operating result before depreciation and amortization and one-off events) for the Polish part of the group increased by as much as 41.2 percent in the fourth quarter. up to PLN 708 million. In turn, the revenues of the Polish part of the business increased by 26.5 percent. to PLN 2 billion in the fourth quarter and by 24.1 percent. to PLN 6.65 billion throughout 2022, reads the company’s press release. In the fourth quarter of 2022, the consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 179.5 million, which is much less than analysts’ forecasts, which assumed an average result of PLN 260 million.
