Apple to Host WWDC 2023 New Operating System Announcement Event June 5-9
Apple has announced the date of the WWDC summer conference, at which it announces new operating systems for devices. This was reported on the corporation’s website.
The company announced that the event will take place from 5 to 9 June. The opening of WWDC 2023 will take place on the first day of the conference at Apple Park Corporation headquarters. The event will be held in an online format with broadcast over the Internet.
Apple clarified that the presentation of iOS 17, the next operating system for the iPhone, will take place at the conference. Also, company representatives announce new versions of iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS.
“WWDC is one of our favorite times of the year at Apple because it’s an opportunity to connect with the talented developers from around the world who make our community so special,” said Susan Prescott, vice president of global developer relations at Apple.
Earlier, Bloomberg columnist Mark Gurman said that the new version of the future operating system for the iPhone will be more ambitious than previously thought. According to the specialist, iOS 17 will receive “several user-requested features.”
