Poles want to know whether they are entitled to a tax refund or whether they have to grab their wallets and give the tax office what they owe. However, the service, which can be logged in from midnight, caught breath. Occasionally, a page does not respond, does not display data, or reports an error. Some Poles, as evidenced by the e-mails coming to Gazeta.pl’s mailbox – the problems are irritating.

I wonder if the tax office will extend the period for submitting PIT – writes an appalled reader.

The Ministry of Finance confirms: Difficulties

The Ministry of Finance is monitoring the situation. Problems with the operation of the service were reported by the ministry at night. “There are difficulties in the e-Tax Office. Some users may have trouble logging in or using the services,” reads the official message posted on social media.

“Our IT team is working to ensure that everything returns to normal as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience,” the resort writes.
