  • 250 g of wheat flour;
  • 2 chicken eggs (take them out of the fridge in advance);
  • 400 g of natural kefir (take it out of the refrigerator in advance);
  • 25 g of melted butter;
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar;
  • vegetable oil;
  • pinch of salt.

A method of preparing:

  1. Sift flour into a bowl, add vanilla sugar and salt.
  2. Beat the eggs, pour in the kefir and add the melted, cooled butter.
  3. Mix the ingredients and mix them at the highest speed to obtain a fluffy mass. It should be pourable, but not watery.
  4. Let the dough rest for half an hour, then fry the pancakes in hot fat.
