On Wednesday evening, Twitter had trouble publishing posts for about an hour and a half. Users who wanted to post from a computer received a message that “Your daily Tweet limit has been reached.” However, those who did so with received a message that read “Tweet not sent” followed by “Sorry we were unable to send your tweet. Would you like to try again or save this tweet as a draft?”
In fact, no daily post limit has been exceeded, which is 2,400 per day. Twitter also reported the problem. “Twitter may not be working as expected for some of you. We apologize for the issue. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it,” it said.

Twitter users unhappy with the changes
