Most reviewers emphasize that Hogwarts Legacy is exactly the game Harry Potter fans have been waiting for for years, if not decades. They praise the “magical atmosphere” of the universe created by the creators, the graphic design, attention to detail, and the combat system.

Hogwarts Legacy launches on February 10. What is this game about?
In the production of the Avalanche Software studio, we play the role of a young adept of magical arts who goes to the title Hogwarts and almost instantly gets involved in a conflict between wizards and wizards. It is worth noting that this adept is not Harry Potter, because the action takes place in the 19th century, i.e. long before the events we know from JK Rowling’s books.
During our stay at Hogwarts, we explore the secrets of the magical arts, and use the acquired skills during numerous clashes with trolls, goblins and sorcerers. There was also the famous flying broom that will help us explore the vast world of the game.
It is worth noting that Rowling herself, who has been criticized for numerous transphobic statements in recent years, did not participate in the work on Hogwarts Legacy. What’s more, the creators of the game placed a transgender character in it, which seems to have a symbolic dimension.
The premiere of Hogwarts Legacy on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles is scheduled for Friday, February 10, but those who bought the Deluxe edition can play it from February 7. PS4 and Xbox owners will have to wait longer for Hogwarts Legacy, until April 4.
