This year our editorial colleague will have to swallow a bitter pill again. The iPhone 14 Pro also did not make it to the top of our ranking, although it did quite well anyway.

There were also surprises. This year’s TOP 6 was hit by a model from the manufacturer, which only true enthusiasts of the mobile industry had heard about a year ago. Without extending: here are the six best smartphones of 2022 in the opinion of Next.gazeta.pl.

Place 6. Xiaomi 12T Pro

Robert Kędzierski justifies:

Xiaomi 12T Pro is a truly versatile smartphone. Efficiency is at a high level here. You can also fall in love with the screen – bright, saturated colors and with “cinematic” technologies that improve image quality. The camera race has never really involved me, but the 200-megapixel sensor must be impressive. This is another proof of the thesis that ‘Xiaomi is better’.

And again Robert Kędzierski:

Realme GT2 Pro has a lot to offer. Therefore, I consider it a reasonable option for those looking for performance and elegant design. And for a pretty decent price. LTPO2 AMOLED screen with a frequency of 120 Hz and a brightness of 500 nits, plus one of the fastest mobile processors on the market and a good camera. It convinces me.

When I heard that Carl Pei, co-founder of the OnePlus brand, was going to launch his own smartphone, I didn’t give this project too much of a chance. After all, breaking through the already crowded mobile market with a new device is a hellishly difficult task. Fortunately, I was wrong. Nothing Phone 1 is a well-made and efficient smartphone, which is also characterized by a very original and minimalist user interface. This is complemented by an excellent 120 Hz OLED screen, long battery life and a pretty decent price. Will Nothing become the new OnePlus?

Unfortunately, not only the performance, but also the price of these devices knocks you off your feet. Apple’s pricing policy in Poland begins to smell absurd.
