Hi-Tech Mail.ru: iPhone SE second generation fell in Russia by 25 percent

According to the media catalog, the compromise smartphone has fallen in price by about a quarter. “At the start of sales, they asked for 40 thousand rubles for it, but now it is sold in online stores for less than 30 thousand rubles,” the authors noted. The device was introduced in the spring of 2020, it turned out to be a continuation of the 2016 model.
The most affordable iPhone on the market received a 4.7-inch IPS screen, a Home button, an A13 Bionic processor, 3 gigabytes of RAM, a single camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels. Also, the device has a fingerprint sensor Touch ID, NFC and a battery with a capacity of 1821 milliamp-hours.
The cheaper smartphone is not the newest device of the SE series – in 2022, Apple introduced the third generation of the device. The cost of the iPhone SE 2022 reached 32-33 thousand rubles by the end of the year.
In mid-December, Hi-Tech Mail.ru journalists said that the iPhone 12 mini fell in price to 45 thousand rubles in the Russian market. At the start of sales, a phone with a minimum drive of 64 gigabytes was sold for 70 thousand rubles.
