Samsung has announced a new OS-equipped gaming monitor. This is reported by the publication Notebookcheck.

According to company representatives, the new option will allow you to run standalone streaming services with movies and games on the monitor. So, with the help of Samsung Gaming Hub, you can connect gaming services Xbox Game Pass and Nvidia GeForce Now. The company noted that the Odyssey Neo G7 will work without a computer with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus and Apple TV online cinemas – only an Internet connection is required.

The new monitor also received a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio, brightness up to 600 nits, two 20-watt speakers. The device has two HDMI 2.1 and USB 3.0 Type-A connectors, and one DisplayPort 1.4 port. The cost of Odyssey Neo G7 in South Korea was 1.25 million won, or about 72 thousand rubles.
