“Prime”: cyber expert Kuskov advised to check the memory level of smartphones and tablets
Smartphone users who use devices for a long time notice that the gadget starts to slow down. The way to speed up the operation of the device was named by the CEO of the Telecom Daily agency Denis Kuskov in an interview with the Prime agency.
According to Kuskov, it’s worth “getting rid of the garbage” stored in the device’s memory – removing unnecessary programs and materials so that applications open quickly.
Special attention should be paid to the widgets that are on the main screen, the expert advised. Because they take up a lot of memory. In addition, you can make a list of installed applications and mark those that are used regularly. Kuskov also advised to turn off the automatic application updates feature.
Earlier, a rehabilitation doctor, one of the hosts of the “On the Most Important” program on the Russia 1 channel, Sergey Agapkin, spoke about why using gadgets, including smartphones, while eating can be harmful. According to Agapkin, using gadgets while eating can lead to overeating.
