“It has been very well received by all the members of the CISNS, and adds to the measures that we have already been adopting to continue responding and promote the incorporation of doctors to the SNS“, explained Darias, who specified that it is a “temporary and exceptional” pilot program.
“The directors have recognized that the incentive is significant. The measure is designed in such a way that important a priori conditions are met for there to be significant adherence,” Escrivá added.
Goal: end HIV as a public health problem by 2030
In the government control session in the Congress of Deputies held this Wednesday, Darias shared his commitment to “end HIV as a public health problem by 2030“, responding to a question from EH Bildu about Health strategies to “address the reality of HIV and the social stigma that it still entails today”.
In this sense, he recalled the incorporation into the Common Portfolio of Services of the National Health System of a new injectable treatment that “improve the quality of life of patients that they will go from one pill a day to six injections a year”.
