The American technology giant Apple warned late Wednesday of security flaws in some versions of the operating systems for iPhone phones, iPad tablets and computers from its Mac line.
In an entry on its user support portal, the firm from Cupertino (California, USA) indicated that in the case of iPhone phones the problem occurs in the version of the iOS 15.6.1 operating system, and in the of the iPad, in iPadOS 15.6.1.
The bug means that an app can arbitrarily execute code with privileges, and Apple is aware that there may have been at least one case where someone took advantage of this.
The company released a security patch for iPhone 6s or later, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2 and later, iPad 5th generation and later, iPad mini 4 and later, and iPod touch 7th generation.
In the case of Mac computers, the bug was found in the macOS Monterey 12.5.1 operating system. (YO)
