Blogger TechRax smashed the Apple Watch Ultra to test its durability. The video is available on the author’s YouTube channel.

As part of the test, an enthusiast tested the durability of Apple’s most expensive watch, valued at $799. At the first stage, the author dropped the device with the screen down on the concrete floor – small scratches appeared on the titanium case of the device. Then the specialist placed the accessory in a jar of nails and began to shake it. TechRax noted that the watch stood the test.

At the final stage of the test, the enthusiast placed the Apple Watch Ultra on the table with the screen up and applied several hard blows with a hammer. The device withstood the first blows, but then the clock turned off. The author of the video suggested that some component could fail inside the device. At the same time, he noticed that the Apple gadget turned off after the table itself broke down, on which the blogger conducted the test.

Apple Watch Ultra is a smart watch aimed at fans of a healthy lifestyle and professional athletes. Earlier, IT journalists tested the device, noting its high performance and a large number of functions, but criticized the device for poor autonomy.

At the end of September, a TechRax blogger crashed his car and tested the accident detection function in the iPhone 14. As a result of the test, the author noted that the new option worked as a result of his car colliding with an obstacle.
