Cristiano Ronaldo is named player of the month at United for the second time in a row

This Tuesday, Manchester United revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo was voted the club’s best player of the month of October. The Portuguese star had already taken the honor in September.

With that, Cristiano Ronaldo won the vote within two months after having his return to United confirmed at the end of August. Goalkeeper David De Gea was second and Marcus Rashford third.

In 10 games, during the months of September and November, the Portuguese participated in 10 matches, three in the Champions League and seven in the Premier League, and scored seven goals, three in the continental tournament and four nationally.

In the Champions League, Cristiano Ronaldo was especially decisive. He scored in the final minutes of matches against Villarreal and Atalanta, avoiding two draws at home by United.
