Constancy and keeping up the pace will be key in the sixth stage of the Tour de France which will be disputed July 7th, since the long route of Thursday’s stage will force the cyclists to save their strength if they want to have any chance of fighting for victory in the final kilometers.
Runners will start from binch to face the longest stage of the Tour, and will reach Longwy after having traveled 220 kilometers. They will have to overcome two category 3 ports, one of them just 5 kilometers from the finish line, with a 12% gradient, and another category 4 port with 15 kilometers to go to finish the race.
