UFC fighter complained about a small fee for fights in the promotion

American Tony Ferguson said that the head of the UFC Dana white underpays fighters for fights

American mixed martial artist (MMA) Tony Ferguson complained about the small fee for fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). His words are relayed by MMA Junkie.

In his opinion, the head of the UFC, Dana White, underpays fighters for fights. “I want to go and do a couple of things, but I have this guy right here acting like a drug dealer telling me I can’t do it. I want to make more money for my family,” said Ferguson.

In total, Ferguson has 25 wins and six losses in MMA. He last fought in the UFC in May 2021 against Beneil Dariush. Ferguson lost to him by unanimous decision.

Earlier, the Cameroonian and French mixed martial artist (MMA) Francis Ngannou complained about the terms of the contract with the UFC. The 35-year-old heavyweight admitted that the agreement with the promotion did not suit him. “It’s not just about money. They matter, but there are clauses in the contract with which I do not agree,” said Ngannou. “I don’t feel like everything is fair. That I’m free. That I’m treated well. It’s sad that we have to talk about this, ”he added.
