According to the information provided by the French journalist Santi Aouna, the French coach could take the position of PSG sports director, where he and the new coach would carry out a revolution. The 72-year-old would replace the Brazilian Leonardo, whose days in Paris are numbered after the last Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.
However, Wenger is not the only government candidate for this position. According to the French journalist, the club’s management from Qatar would see three more names in this position – Michael Edwards, Fabio Paratici and Andrea Berta.
The information provided by Santi Aouna was also confirmed by another French journalist, Abdellah Boulm. According to him, he is actually looking for a new job, but rather not as a coach, but as a director. PSG is supposed to be one of the most serious options, but the French is not the favorite of the Paris Saint-Germain authorities, so it all depends on the decisions of the other candidates.
