Manchester City offer Borussia Dortmund player Haaland a salary of 600,000 euros per week
Norwegian footballer Borussia Dortmund Erling Haaland will receive a record salary for the English Premier League (EPL) if he moves to Manchester City. It is reported by the Daily Mail.
The Citizens are ready to offer the striker 600 thousand euros a week. In this case, he will become the highest paid player in the league. Haaland will overtake Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United) and Kevin de Bruyne (City), who earn 460 thousand euros a week.
City are hoping Haaland will decide on a future within a month. The team noted that the parties have already agreed on the terms of the contract.
Haaland joined Borussia Dortmund in January 2020. The Norwegian’s contract expires in 2024. Portal Transfermarkt estimates his value at 150 million euros.
