Russian Florida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky was hit in the face with a puck during a National Hockey League (NHL) regular season game. Reported by Florida Hockey Now.
The incident happened during a game against the Los Angeles Kings. Bobrovsky at that moment was on the bench. After the end of the match, team coach Andrew Brunett confirmed that the hockey player was not seriously injured.
The match ended 3-2 in favor of the Kings. The winner of the meeting was determined in a shootout.
Bobrovsky has played 41 games for the Panthers this season. On account of his 30 victorious meetings and 102 goals conceded.
