Deputy Burlakov explained the proposal to admit juniors to tournaments with an awakened conscience

State Duma Deputy Sergei Burlakov explained Norway’s proposal to make an exception in the removal of Russian athletes from international competitions. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

Burlakov said that the Europeans have awakened conscience. In his opinion, the lack of entertainment without Russian athletes has become a problem for the organizers of the competition. “Without the Russians, there will be no such emotions, adrenaline, and most importantly, confidence that you are really the first, and not an athlete who was not allowed to participate,” the deputy considered.
