Norway urged to allow Russian juniors and children to participate in international tournaments
Norway proposed to make an exception in the removal of Russian athletes from international competitions. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Culture and Equality of the country, which is published by RIA Novosti.
Representatives of the country supported the disqualification of Russian and Belarusian athletes, but called for juniors and children to participate in tournaments. In their opinion, mass sports should develop in Russia. “We want the channels for cooperation between people to remain open as long as possible,” they stressed in Norway.
