Schedules and broadcasts of the matches this Wednesday, March 9 in the Copa Sudamericana

Phase 1 of the South American Cup continues this Wednesday, March 9, with four matches between rivals from the same country.

One of them will be played by the Ecuadorians Mushuc Runa and Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito, at the Bellavista stadium in Ambato, headquarters of the indigenous team.

Liga Deportiva arrives inspired after its 2-1 win against Universidad Católica last Sunday on the third day of the LigaPro Serie A 2022, a match that it lost 1-0. The victory keeps him in fifth place with six in the Ecuadorian tournament.

Mushuc Runa assumes the game with the commitment to start ahead and at the same time serve to engage in order to improve his position in the local table.

The indigenous team has only three points in the LigaPro and is in 11th place in the tournament, thanks to its first win last weekend, when it defeated Tecnico Universitario 1-3. If he has one advantage, it is that he will face a rival he already knows in the domestic tournament.

In other games, the time has also come for the teams from Uruguay, Peru and Colombia, in what will be a second round of direct series.

In Uruguay, Liverpool will face River Plate, while in Colombia, Independiente de Medellín will be local against América de Cali.

In Peru, Ayacucho will be local against Sport Boys, one of the eleven Peruvians who had time to play in a South American Cup.
