The 24-year-old had a contract with the club until June 2023. In the last transfer window, he was speculated on European giants, amid the financial problems of the Italian team, which sold Romelu Lukaku to the Manchester United.
A graduate of Racing, Martínez joined Inter in July 2018, for 25 million euros (R$ 163.8 million currently). Since then, he has played 144 games, scoring 54 goals and 21 assists, and won the Italian Championship 2020/21.
Already this season, Lautaro played 12 matches: netting five times and making a pass to goal.
Internazionale occupies the 3rd position in Serie A after ten rounds. The team coached by Simone Inzaghi returns to the field on Sunday, at 8:30 am (GMT), when it receives Udinese.
