Ukrainian organization firm against the Russians. “We hide from the bombs and they deny the whole situation”

Natus Vincere is one of the largest esports organizations in the world and also the largest in Ukraine. From the very beginning of the armed invasion of the sovereign country by the Russian Federation, Na’Vi expresses its opinion about the situation without hesitation and persuades other market actors to do so.

End of cooperation with ESforce Holding

One of Natus Vincere’s partners was ESforce Holding. The company considers itself the leader of Russian esports, is the owner of the Virtus.pro organization, one of the largest thematic portals in Ukraine, and is associated with the series of EPICENTER tournaments organized mainly in CS: GO and Dot 2.

The organization decided to terminate its cooperation with ESforce Holding. The reason for taking such a decision is the attitude of the Russians, who deny the armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the attack by the Russian Federation. The Na’Vi authorities found this approach unacceptable and inhumane, immediately breaking the cooperation.

Strong esport towards the Russians

The esports community is starting to approach the teams and players from Russia with increasing determination. BLAST, one of Counter-Strike’s top tournament organizers, has decided not to invite teams from that country, while excluding them from participating in the open qualifiers for the CIS region.

Ukraine’s deputy prime minister Fedorov Mykhailo called for such action on 2 March. In a statement addressed to the gaming and esports community, he will ask for a temporary blocking of Belarusian and Russian accounts, their exclusion from tournaments, and not to organize tournaments in their country.
