The general manager of the Ukrainian national team reacts. “Let the Russians come and see them”

The Russian invasion of Ukraine continues, killing thousands of people, including civilians. On orders, the Russian army caused the greatest conflict in Europe since the Second World War. Due to the heroic defense of the Ukrainians, the Russians are committing more and more disgusting acts, such as the use of a thermobaric bomb or bombing civilian objects with rockets.

“They deserved such punishments.” The coach of the Ukrainian national team has no doubts

The war triggered by Russia also affects sports. FIFA and UEFA finally made the long-awaited decision and suspended the national team and clubs from Russian clubs. This means that the Russians will not play in the play-off for promotion to the World Cup in Qatar. Representatives of the Russian union are outraged by this decision and have announced that they will refer the matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

The coach of the Ukrainian national team, Oleksandr Petrakov, decided to react harshly to the announcements of Russian activists. – The Russians will play against each other. They are not ashamed and they criticize. Let them come and see what the government is doing to our country. I don’t even want to talk about them. They deserve such punishments – admitted the Ukrainian.

– I am in touch with all our players. Everyone is shocked. Me the same. I was in Turkey and someone told me that the war would start on February 23. I prayed it wouldn’t happen, but on February 24, there was an escalation. The most important thing is that it should end and people should not die. I am proud of Ukraine – added Petrakow.

The play-off game with Russia was to take place on March 24 at Dynamo Stadium in Moscow. Now everything indicates that the Polish national team will get a forfeit and will play in Chorzów in the decisive match on March 29 with the winner of the Sweden – Czech Republic match.
