Former Lokomotiv Moscow midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak criticized the club’s leaders. His words are quoted by “Sport-Express”.
The athlete accused the bosses of the team of lying and disrespect, saying that they were negotiating his sale to Krasnodar behind the player’s back. “When we met, they told me something else in my eyes. I asked Thomas Zorn and Ralph Rangnick: “Did you call Krasnodar or not?” They replied, “We never called them.” I realized that they were lying. As a player who had a year of contract left, it didn’t fit in my head that I wouldn’t know what I would do next season, ”the footballer said.
At the moment, 31-year-old Krykhovyak plays for Krasnodar. He played for the “railroad workers” from 2019 to 2021, becoming the owner of the Cup and the Super Cup of Russia with the team. Also on account of his victory in the Europa League together with the Spanish “Sevilla” and the victory in the French Cup with PSG.
Zorn became the technical director of Lokomotiv, and Rangnik became the head of a wide sports block at the club this summer.
