O Corinthians showed support for Brazilian players who are in Ukraine, a region that is experiencing moments of tension after Russian bombings this morning. Earlier, athletes who play for Shakhtar Donetsk and Dynamo Kiev published a video asking the government of Brazil for helpl to leave Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, among them, the ex-Corinthian Pedrinho.

In the video in question, the players appear together with their wives and children. Among them are former Palmeiras striker Fernando, former São Paulo player David Neres and, as already mentioned, former Corinthians player Pedrinho.
“We are all gathered here, Dynamo and Shakhtar players, with our families in a hotel. We ask you to share this video. Due to the lack of fuel in the city, the closed border and the closed airspace, we are unable to leave . We ask for the support of the government of Brazil, which can help us”, said Marlon, Shakhtar defender.
