All of Anonymo has something to prove. “I’m not a lazy”

Patryk Stec: Do you feel that you are such a team that still has to prove something in Poland? Innocent that he can still play, tudsoN after a bad period in MAD Lions or are you that you are not a lazy because such a patch stuck to you?

Arek “Vegi” Nawojski: You’re right. Each of us is a player who has to prove something. Mocek (Paweł “Innocent” Mocek – ed.) Last year had a slight hunt that he was not doing well, that he was weak. I think that it has rebuilt this year and it is doing better.

And as for you and this laziness?

As for me, it was not supported by any facts. There has been such a rumor, and I just don’t agree with it. I felt aggrieved how it turned out. It cut my wings a bit. When other teams asked someone about me, that person said I was a lazy. They looked at me differently. Now, thanks to the chance given by Anonymo, I want to rebuild, work and I think it will be fine. We are all players who have to prove something. TudsoN did not play long on the Polish scene, demho is a fresh player. I didn’t know Oskarish before, I met him for the first time in Anonymo. I think it’s too early to say whether or not any of this will be, but everything is going in the right direction.

What tempted you to join Anonymo?

The Anonymo brand is recognizable on the Polish scene, but it was mainly the players that tempted me. They want to learn, they want to progress and they have a lot to show. This causes them to have a great hunger to win and have a lot to prove. All six, including Adrian (Adrian “imd” Pieper, Anonymo coach – ed.), We are after the transition, there were many changes. Choosing this team was easy for me, because everyone will give 200 percent to finally prove their worth on the European scene.

Did you have suggestions from other bands in December?

I did, but I stayed with this one, but I don’t want to say why I chose this one and not that one, but yes, I did.

I managed to collect a few questions from Anonymo fans. I think this is a good time to ask them. How is it playing Anonymo? Is it fun and nice?

It’s nice and I enjoy playing.

How is working with XO? This is a person who is making his debut in this role.

XO is the person who relieves Adrian. He’s a new person to me too, I didn’t know him. As far as I can see, it applies a lot. He analyzes our matches, analyzes the game. When some tactic does not work out, he looks, saves and presents on the server who did what wrong, so that Adrian would not have to do it. He puts a lot of effort into and is a fine person. He knows what the game is about and it is easier for him to spot certain things.

Who do you get on best with in the team?

Difficult question, I get along on an equal level with everyone.

But you’ve met two people from the current team before.

Yes, I played Illuminar with imd and innocent. With the innocent a little less, because MAD Lions has already appeared there. All in all, I spent the most time with Adrian.

What kind of coach is he. It is the coaches who are a puzzle in esports, because it is not clear what they do. What’s his style? More of a tactician, or maybe more of a motivator, or maybe both?

I think a little bit of this and a little bit of it. Adrian is a person who plays a game for us, and also motivates us. He is a very good person as a trainer. It is absolutely in its place. He approaches it professionally. I think that he has gained a lot of experience over the years, everything that he has experienced, he is now trying to pass on to us. When I played Illuminar, we had meetings with psychologists, they taught us to work in a group. Adrian drew from them and now passes it on to us. I think he is a very good person for this position.

How do you rate your chances in the ESL Polish Championships. Are you a favorite?

I don’t think we’re a favorite. Wis³a All in! Games Kraków after the recent passes and results. All in all, I am afraid of them the most, but I think that we will be able to reach the final and that is where it is best to meet Wisła. What will happen then, time will tell.

What is the strongest side of Anonymo today?

I think the strongest point is that we got on very well with the boys. We have a very good atmosphere in the team. There are some laughs. I play very well, because I like the atmosphere in the team, and I think that here we got together with the boys so that everyone can build this atmosphere, so for me it is now a point number one.
