“As a consequence of the debt increasing for 10 years, the level of the Company’s liabilities as at December 31, 2021 amounted to approx. PLN 7 million.” This value includes liabilities to the Social Insurance Institution, the Tax Office, employees and contractors. Public liabilities constitute the major part of this amount (approx. PLN 4 million). The functioning of the Company in previous years was possible thanks to the agreements signed with the offices and the spreading of liabilities into installments. This action is subject to the regulations of the European Commission on de minimis aid and public aid, which limits the amount of such aid (including remission of ZUS interest, remission of public charges, spreading tax arrears in installments) to the level of EUR 200,000 over three calendar years. ” – we read, among others
