The rider of the continental team Banco Guayaquil-Ecuador surprised at the end of the circuit of 9.6 kilometers completed north of the capital city, with a total of 163.2 kilometers travel.
Huera (22 years old) crossed the finish line ahead of Olympic champion Richard Carapaz (Ineos Grenadiers) and jonathan caicedo (EF-Education-EasyPost), national champion in 2019, which is why he described his victory as “commendable”.
