Fury called McGregor “a bully who beats old people”

World heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has turned to Irish mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Conor McGregor. His words are available on the page at Twitter.

Fury wrote that he differs from McGregor in that he doesn’t get into trouble and people like him. “And you are just a bully who beats old people,” added the Briton. So he reminded readers of the incident that occurred in 2019, when McGregor hit an elderly man in an Irish pub.

McGregor has repeatedly had problems with the law. In March 2019, it was reported that the athlete was being investigated for alleged sexual harassment. The fighter was questioned by the police and released.

In April 2018, he was arrested in connection with the attack on a bus with participants in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) tournament in New York. The fighter was awarded corrective labor and an anger management course.

McGregor continues to recover from an injury sustained in his third fight against Dustin Poirier in the summer of 2021. The Irishman broke his leg at the end of the first round and lost by technical knockout. After the fight, he underwent surgery. In total, the fighter has 22 wins with six defeats.
