Exactly the same must be said for each of the 15 most powerful jumpers. Because even Ryoyu Kobayashi can fly away, but he also happens to jump weaker -.

– Maybe our boys did not jump in training as well as on the normal hill, but they can surprise in the competition – adds Ma³ysz, three-time Olympic vice-champion (Salt Lake City 2002 and twice Vancouver 2010) and a bronze medalist of the Olympics (Salt Lake City 2002).

“You always have to count on a medal”

Ma³ysz knows very well that on the large hill in Zhangjiakou Poles are constantly looking for their best jumpers, and Kamil Stoch cannot get used to the facility. – Kamil has already jumped much better in qualifying than in all previous series – reminds the former champion. Stoch was eighth in qualifying. This already gives rise to some hopes. But it also tells you to stay calm and think rather in the long term.

– Yes, I agree that you have to look for your best jumps on this hill even in terms of the Monday team league. But first you have to concentrate only on the individual competition and only then think further. You always have to count on a medal.
