The Ecuadorian women’s soccer team will hold two friendlies in Chile, for the FIFA date

Taking advantage of the FIFA date, which will take place between February 13 and 23, the women’s soccer team of the Ecuador directed by Emily Lima will play two friendly matches against Chile, in the southern country.

The Ecuadorian team will play the first game on February 19 at the Sausalito Stadiumlocated in Viña del Mar, in Valparaíso at 20:00, from Ecuador.

The second engagement will be on February 22 at the San Carlos de Apoquindo Stadiumin Santiago de Chile, at 4:30 p.m., from Ecuador.

At the beginning of the year, the Ecuadorian Football Federation (FEF) announced, through its vice president, Carlos Manzur, that the Brazilian coach would not continue with the team; but then her continuity was confirmed and the strategist works with the senior team to find a place in the next Women’s World Cup to be held in 2023, in Australia and New Zealand.

In addition, the tricolor team is also preparing for the South American championships in the sub-17 category, which will take place in March; and the sub-20, which will take place in April.
