Another chance for medals of Poles in Beijing. Start plan for February 7 [ROZK£AD]

After Saturday’s success on the normal hill and winning the bronze medal on Monday, other Polish athletes will try to take a big step towards winning their mark. We will see a dozen or so representatives of our country in the arenas.

Poles at the Winter Olympics. Who is competing on Monday 7 February?

The first emotions related to the participation of the white-and-reds will take place at 2:30 Polish time, when the first alpine run in giant slalom will begin. The most chances for a good performance are those who will go on route number 12. At the starting line we will also see Magdalenuczak (39), Zuzann Czapsk (42) and Hann Zib (60). At 7:30 am the second run for the best 30 competitors will start.

Two hours later, fight two Polish female skaters for the best result. At 9:30 am, the 1500 meter competition will start. In the second pair, Magdalena Czyszczo will face Sandrine Tas from Belgium, and in the second pair they will fight Nikol Zdrahalov from the Czech Republic.

At 10:00 am, the biathlon competition will start. Four Polish nationals – Kamila uk, Anna Mka and Kinga Zbylut will compete for medals in the women’s 15-kilometer race.

Ski jumpers will return to the hill on Monday. At 12:45 the mixed teams competition on the normal hill (HS 106) started. Among the 10 teams there will be the white and red team, Dawid Kubacki, Nicole Konderla and Kinga Rajda.

At 12:50 and 14:30, the first and second rounds of the women’s toboggan run began. One Pole – Klaudia Domaradzka will fight for the best result.

  • 2:30 – alpine skiing, women’s giant slalom, 1st run (Maryna Gsienica-Daniel, Magdalenauczak, Zuzanna Czapska, Hanna Ziba)
  • 7:30 – alpine skiing, women’s giant slalom, 2nd run
  • 9:30 – speed skating, 1500 m women (Magdalena Czyszczo, Natalia Czerwonka), FINA
  • 10:00 – biathlon, 15 km individual run for women (Monika Hojnisz-Starga, Kamila UK, Anna Mka, Kinga Zbylut)
  • 12:45 – ski jumping, mixed (Nicole Konderla, Dawid Kubacki, Kinga Rajda, Kamil Stoch)
  • 12:50 – tobogganing, 1st lane, women’s ones (Klaudia Domaradzka)
  • 14:30 – tobogganing, 2nd slide, women’s ones
