Apart from him, three Czech jumpers Roman Koudelka, Cestmir Kozisek and Filip Sakala flew to Beijing. Due to a positive test for the coronavirus, Radek Rydl, who stayed in the Czech Republic, lost the chance to perform at the Olympic Games.

The Norwegians have been the most “hit” by the coronavirus so far .. Alexander Stoeckl said he hoped they both would make it to the large hill competition on Saturday 12 February.
