Soteldo defended the colors of the Santos from 2019 to 2021. There were 101 matches with the Peixe shirt, with 20 goals scored and 16 assists. He was a fundamental part of the team formed by Cuca that was runner-up in the Liberators in 2020, losing the final to palm trees.
Soteldo left Santos to join Toronto FC. Recently, the Venezuelan was in the crosshairs of the São Paulo. However, as President Julio Casares explained in an exclusive interview with the Sports Gazette, the club ended the negotiations, as the financial demands of the player were out of the Tricolor reality.
