“First I was knocked out with a bat, I was out. When he came to, he was already lying on the floor, his hands were behind his back and fastened with handcuffs. The legs are tied with some kind of fishing line. It was difficult for me to breathe, as a T-shirt was wrapped around my face and beaten for 30-40 minutes. The beating of Taktarov became known earlier on January 22. The incident occurred in the tourist area of the Riviera Maya. It was noted that the police opened a case.
