Brazilian striker Vagner Love, known for playing for CSKA Moscow, has signed a contract with Danish Midtjylland. This was reported on the club’s website.
The agreement with the 37-year-old player is calculated until the end of this season. The sports director of the Danish club Sven Graversen claims that he has long wanted to invite Wagner Love to the team.
Love moved to Midtjylland on a free transfer. Prior to that, he played for the Kazakhstan “Kairat”. The Brazilian left the club in December 2021.
Vagner Love came to the army club twice: the Brazilian defended the colors of CSKA, first from 2004 to 2012, and then returned to the team in 2013.
The Russian career stage for the Brazilian was the most successful. As part of CSKA, he became the champion of Russia three times, won the Russian Cup six times, and in 2005 helped the team win the UEFA Cup. Love is the leader in the number of goals in the Russian championship among legionnaires. He has 85 goals scored.
