This weekend there will be a competition in Zakopane. The competitions at Wielka Krokiew were also symbolic, as they can be considered a farewell to Polish jumpers with the fans before the Olympic Games in Beijing.

. However, the three-time Olympic champion appeared at Wielka Krokiew and in the break between the first and the second round of the team competition thanked the fans for their support.
His speech was very emotional and at one point the Polish jumper had to wipe his tears. – I got this situation from Santa Claus. That you can cheer, be with us and that there are so many of you. I wish I could stand on the runway with skis and wetsuit, but I wanted to say hi and thank you for being here with us despite the epidemic and ticket prices and being our wings. I hope that I will be jumping here soon, and today we will take the team together to the longest possible jumps – said the athlete.

For the cheapest tickets to competitions in Zakopane you will have to pay a minimum of PLN 200 (for one day per person). In turn, you will have to pay PLN 250 for sectors A and B. The ticket prices for qualifications are also much higher, because while in 2019 you had to pay 40 zlotys, now a qualification ticket will cost 100 zlotys.
