The Polish jumpers for the World Cup competitions in Zakopane initially included 12 competitors. On Thursday it turned out that he would be able to count only on ten jumpers. It’s because of the positive coronavirus results in two white and reds.

This weekend, 10 representatives of Poland will compete at Wielka Krokiew – wrote the Polish Ski Association in a press release. A moment later it turned out that Jakub Wolny also received an ambiguous result.

The PCR test result was inconclusive but negative. Our player was referred for a repeat PCR test. Test results on Friday – union activists confirmed. They waited anxiously for the result of the last study in the Polish team. Another positive result could mean that there are more cases in the frame.

Fortunately, good news came on Friday morning. – The result of Jakub Wolny’s test is negative – Jan Winkiel, secretary general of PZN informed Sport.pl. This means that in Friday’s qualifiers, we should see the entire 10 not found to be coronavirus. Apart from Wolny they are: Piotr ya, Andrzej Stękała, Aleksander Zniszczoł, t, Tomasz Pilch, Klemens Murańka, Kacper Juroszek and Stefan Hula.
