English newspaper points to internal crisis in Manchester United

This Wednesday (5th), the newspaper Mirror, from England, revealed a possible crisis experienced behind the scenes at Manchester United. According to information from the tabloid, the German coach Ralf Rangnick, new to the club, would be one of those responsible for the situation.

The daily also revealed that 11 players from the squad want to leave the club because they are disillusioned with the United moment and with the work methodology adopted by the new coach. It is noteworthy that Rangnick took charge of the Red Devils as an interim after the fall of Solskjaer in late November 2021.

With a contract of just six months, the German coach has already led the English team in six matches. There were three wins, two draws and only one defeat, which occurred in the last round of the Premier League, for Wolverhampton at Old Trafford, which would have aggravated the internal crisis.

Also according to the Mirror, Jesse Lingard, Donny van de Beek, Eric Bailly and Dean Henderson are some of the dissatisfied athletes with Ralf, as they would have been forgotten by the commander.

With the defeat to Wolverhampton, Manchester United was parked in the 7th position of the Premier League table, with 31 points in 19 games played, two less than the current leader Manchester City.

Now, Ralf Rangnick’s men will return to the field next Monday (10), at 4:55 pm Brasília, to face Aston Villa, at home, in a duel valid for the 3rd round of the FA Cup.
