For several months there have been talks about the future of Ousmane Dembele, whose contract with the club expires at the end of the season. Initially, there were many indications that the French winger would change the environment in the summer, but over time it was increasingly said that the club from the Catalan capital would present him an offer of a new contract.
No agreement on the contract
As reported by the Spanish daily “AS”, he does not understand why he is “in favor of poverty” in his talks about the contract and explains the lack of funds to pay the French. Dembele’s demands, however, are very high – he wants a signature bonus of 45 million and an annual salary of 30 million euros.
The club from the Catalan capital refuses to agree to these demands, so the most likely scenario at the moment is Dembele’s departure from Camp Nou. If it were to come to this, the French would probably change the environment after his expiration.
Dembele’s agents offered him to Bayern
The media said that this is not the only way out of the situation. It is also quite likely that Dembele could spend the next six months in the stands or even be allowed to leave for free in January. All this so as not to poison the atmosphere in the team.
The media most often mention that Dembele will leave the club, however. They are interested in his services, but as “Bild” informed, he may also step in. His agents reportedly advertised the French to the German champions, but Hasan Salihamidzic and the club bosses are skeptical about it due to the character of the French.
