“SE”: a number of Russian judges can be suspended after checking on a polygraph
A number of Russian football judges were threatened with removal after checking on a polygraph. It is reported by Sport-Express.
According to SE, the initiator of the audit in 2024 was the chairman of the judicial committee and the Expert-Swear Commission under the President of the Russian Football Union Pavel Kamantsev. Based on the results of the study, questions arose for some arbitrators, due to which they can be lifelously removed from work.
At the end of November last year, a judicial scandal erupted in Russian football. Then the Governor of the Samara Region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev handed over the words of the unnamed functionary of the Esara “wings of the Soviets”, who spoke about the club’s debt in the amount of 36 million rubles to “criminals who are engaged in corruption in the judicial corps of Russian football”.
After that, the head of the Russian Premier League, Alexander Alaev, said that the organization had the necessary work. He emphasized that the league formed proposals for the greater transparency of the work of the judicial corps.
